The Layered Mask Giveaway.

Take part in the rafflecopter and win a giftcard, a copy of The Layered Mask or any ebook from my backlist.

Threatened by his father with disinheritance, Lord Edwin Nash arrives in London with a sole purpose: to find a wife. A more than eligible bachelor, and titled to boot, the society matrons see to it he’ll be shackled to one of the girls by the end of the season.

During a masquerade ball, Nash hides from the ladies vying for his attention. He is discovered by Lord Thomas Downe, the Duke of Lynwood. Nash is horrified when Downe calmly tells him that he knows the secret that Nash has hidden for years, and that he sees through the mask that Edwin presents to the rest of the world.
And then he offers him an alternative.

  1. Maurice by EM Forster was the first m/m book I read. In the modern m/m romance genre, I think it was Chase in Shadow by Amy Lane. Thanks for the contest! The Layered Mask sounds great.

  2. The Lord Won't Mind by Gordon Merrick back in middle school and then years later I believe that Fatal Shadows was what drew me back into the genre that had grown explosively in the meantime.

  3. I think it was Kim Dare's 'Worth Waiting For'. Since then I found a new genre to read. I love these books. I am now addicted.

  4. It was a non-erotic mystery. Maybe one by Mark Zubro, but I'm not sure. I used to read two different m/m mystery series.

  8. The first M/M book I read was The Angel by Tiffany Reisz. It still is one of my all time favourite books and not just because it was the gateway drug for me :)

  9. The first mm book I read was Necklace of Shame by Carol Lynne (I just love her books) and since then I haven't really looked back. I have read romance since I was 12 and hid a lot of them from my mum, but the best romances I have read started in January 2009. Now, all my favourite authors write mm!
